Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre is owned and operated by Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises Pty Ltd (KEE). KEE was incorporated on 1st July 2009 and has four shareholders - Manly, Mosman, Pittwater and Warringah Councils, which constitutes SHOROC the Shore Regional Organisation of Councils.
