Chief Executive Officer - Aaron Hudson
Aaron Hudson has been CEO Designate of Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises (KEE) since 2007. Aaron joined Kimbriki to develop a program to systematically enhance the good commercial disciplines enjoyed in the past by a well run public sector business and take advantage of emerging trends in waste management technologies.
Prior to joining Kimbriki, Aaron spent 6 years as facility general manager for Remondis Pty Ltd an international waste company with an annual turnover of $10 billion and 25,000 employees worldwide. Aaron was initially on the project team for one year that built the first tunnel/in vessel composting and biological stabilisation facility in Australia and then spent the next 5 years as General Manager at Port Macquarie.
Aaron’s expertise in resource recovery was significantly enhanced by his experience of Remondis plants in Germany and investigation of alternative waste technologies.
Among his previous positions, Aaron was part of the senior management team for 5 years with Australian Native Landscapes Pty Ltd which has an annual turnover of $55 million. This company is one of the largest landscaping suppliers in Australia as well as the largest processors of green waste and biosolids in Australia.
Aaron holds a BA in Business Law from Macquarie University and is a recent graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Senior Project Officer - Mark Winser
Mark Winser has recently joined Kimbriki in the role of Senior Project Officer with the responsibility to manage the planning and implementation of future projects involving expanded waste processing and master planning for the entire site. He is also involved in operational and compliance activities for current and proposed future activities.
Mark has spent numerous years working for Sydney University in the Science Education Teaching Laboratories as well as NorSearch, the Southern Cross University Environmental Science Business Arm as a field researcher and analytical biologist. He also spent seven years with NSW Agriculture working in the Animal Health and Soil Research Departments.
Between 2001 and 2009 Mark was employed by Remondis Pty Ltd as the Technical Plant Manager of the Remondis Organic Resource Recovery Facility operated under contract for Port Macquarie Hastings Council. This state-of-the-art facility benefited from Mark’s in-depth knowledge of in-vessel composting processes and the use of recycled organics in agriculture, topics on which he has often been called to write papers and hold presentations.
Throughout his career, Mark has developed extensive knowledge and experience in biological and chemical analytical science as well as mechanical engineering and design of waste processing equipment. He has also conducted and assessed a number of waste audits, and has prepared OHS and Environmental systems, including confined space entry, work requirements and training. Mark draws on this experience when it comes to assessing and producing waste related expressions of interest and tender documents.
His qualifications as a Bachelor of Applied Science (Resource Management) are supplemented with Dangerous Goods Handling and Packaging, Hazardous Materials Spillage Control and Confined Spaces Procedures Training.

Chief Financial Officer - Peter Cassis
Peter Cassis was Finance Manager of Kimbriki Recycling and Waste Disposal Centre for 3 years and, since the establishment of KEE, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary. Peter was instrumental in setting up the administration side of the new Company.
Prior to joining Kimbriki Peter worked at The Spastic Centre of NSW, ACI Building Products and Austen and Butta Ltd, at that time a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange mining, marketing and exporting coal, with four mines in NSW and part ownership in a mine in central Queensland called German Creek.
At these organisations Peter worked in finance including treasury and financial management.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a member of CPA Australia.

Chief Operations Officer - Peter Stephenson
Peter has been Operations Officer at Kimbriki since July 2000. One of Peter’s main roles at Kimbriki is to oversee major retrofitting of the site to ensure operational capacity for the next 50 years.
Peter has had over twenty five years experience in environmental management, working within the waste management industry since 1978. He has held senior positions in both the public and private sector, and has been responsible for various waste management operations including waste collection services, landfill management and the development of strategic plans for waste management operations.
